(Wills hand is on a shovel I think....)

The Wind was finally pretty calm yesterday, so we decided to get down to Trout Run and get the engraved boulders in the ground. These rocks were purchased and engraved at the same time as our new tee sign rocks were this spring, although these rocks have just been sitting at our shop waiting for the Trout Run Restoration to be completed. These station signs were placed at each of the seven stations along Trout Run, beside the cleared path to the water. Placing the rocks is always a little trickier than one might think, but seeing how we did over 25 of them on the course this last season, these seven only took us a few hours. We were able to pick up all of the oversized boulders, a few weighing close to 5,000 pounds, with our new Bobcat skidsteer, which without we would have had to pay someone to maneuver them around for us. A few more hours of cleanup and detail work and they will be complete. Hope you all enjoy the pictures!

If you click on any of the pictures, it will bring them up in large scale as a slide show.
