Winter Work

It has warmed up to 10 degrees today, which most would say is still pretty cold, but yesterday it was 30 below zero without the wind chill. With the colder temperatures, we are staying busy in the shop cleaning and doing some painting. We also have been refinishing and making more of the "No Carts" signs that help direct cart traffic.
With only a couple of inches on the course, a good snow storm is well needed. It is nice to have the course insulated with as much snow to help protect from the wind and cold. All of us at golf course maintenance like the winter, but we are getting anxious for spring to arrive.
